Eligibility - Open to all artists 18 and
over residing in the state of Colorado.
Any 2 dimensional fine art media excluding photography, computer art, giclees or crafts. All art workmust be original to the artist. Maximum image size is 36 square inches excluding the mat and or frame. The
Aar River Gallery reserves the right to
refuse any art work that does not
comply with requirements stated in this
prospectus. In case of question, the
juror’s decision will be final. All work
displayed must remain for the duration
of the exhibit.
Entry Fees - Up to 4 entries for $35

the Aar River Gallery while on display.

Presentation of entries
All art works must be delivered ready to
display. Inside dimension of frame cannot exceed 100 sq inches. Art work must have wire for hanging in place. No sawtooth hangers.
Each piece must be identified on the back
with artist name, address, phone number,
title, price, and medium.
Art work that is delivered chipped,
cracked, damaged, dirty, or with improper
presentation or with incomplete
information on the back will not be
accepted.
Sales - A 30% commission on all sales will
be paid to the Aar River Gallery. Work will
not be released until the end of the exhibit.
