Eligibility - Open to all artists 18 and

over residing in the state of Colorado.

Any fine art photography. All art work

must be original to the artist. Maximum

image size is 450 square inches. The

Aar River Gallery reserves the right to

refuse any art work that does not

comply with requirements stated in this

prospectus. In case of question, the

juror’s decision will be final. All work

displayed must remain for the duration

of the exhibit.

Hand delivery only to the gallery on

Friday, July 6, 10 to noon

Jurying will follow.

Artists will be called by if any work is

not accepted.

Presentation of entries

All art works must be delivered ready to

display. Art work must have wire for

hanging in place. No sawtooth hangers.

Each piece must be identified on the back

with artist name, address, phone number,

title, price, and medium.

Art work that is delivered chipped,

cracked, damaged, dirty, or with improper

presentation or with incomplete

information on the back will not be

accepted.

Sales - A 30% commission on all sales will

be paid to the Aar River Gallery. Work will

not be released until the end of the exhibit.

Artists with unaccepted pieces will be

called. Artists arrange to pick up rejects

after 2:00 or later in the week at the Aar

River Gallery
